A most precious addition to your hand.
Starts as a penny.(1982 or before)
I then saw out heart shape. File and sand edges to shape.
Then counter enamel the backside twice. Torch fired by hand.
Then firing a layer upon layer including a separation enamel for organic and somewhat 3-D effect to design.
This one has a blue/green background.
Shape a sterling bezel, solder. Solder to sterling backplate. Saw out the heart shape bezel. Then with lots of hand file sanding, making edges smooth and burnished.
Choosing a decorative ring shank, measuring and shape to size. Then soldering to back plate for finish.
-Once pickled and cleaned adding a darkening agent to highlight the deep design work. Again, polishing to a high shine.
- Final step is setting the Penny Stone.
