Starting with an off white base on top and a pale pink on bottom circle, sifted powdered glass vitreous enamel. Then torch fired by hand. Using a liquid form enamel painting hearts on both. Dried. Then torch fired again.
Hung from ear wire that’s nickel and lead free.
Hang 1 1/4”
